Trump Administration Gives One Year Extension to Non-ACA Compliant Plans

Courtesy of Modern Healthcare, we're bringing you breaking news this morning. According to Harris Meyer of Modern Insurance, "The Trump administration will allow insurers and consumers to extend for an additional year individual and small-group health plans that do not comply with the Affordable Care Act's coverage rules."

This new CMS guideline allows grand-mothered plans to operate until December 31st, 2018.
